【Scholarship Application】National Tsing Hua University 2026 “Pilot Program” Now Open!

1.     教育部為鼓勵學校優勢領域／學院致力於強化人才培育、提升教研能量、發揮國際學術競爭力，全球處運用教育部115年國際競爭重點領域人才培育延續補助，辦理2026年領航計畫，資訊如下。

The 2026 Pilot Program is supported by the Ministry of Education's Continuing Subsidy for Talent Cultivation in Key International Competitive Fields. The program aims to strengthen talent cultivation, enhance teaching and research capacity, and promote international academic competitiveness in NTHU's priority academic fields and colleges.

2.     申請系所、申請對象：本次適用之院、系名單係依據研發處「全校型計畫國際競爭重點領域人才培育補助原則」擬訂之領域/學院。申請對象為本校在學學生，且經指導教授推薦至國外大學從事短期實驗、研習之學生（碩博班優先）。因經費來源，恕無法補助陸生及半導體學院生。

Eligible Colleges, Departments and Applicants: The eligible colleges and departments are determined in accordance with the Office of Research and Development's University-wide Guidelines for Talent Cultivation in Key International Competitive Fields. Applicants must be currently enrolled NTHU students recommended by their academic advisors to conduct short-term research or advanced study at overseas universities. Master's and doctoral students will be given priority. Due to funding regulations, this scholarship is not available to Mainland China students or students of the College of Semiconductor Research.

3.     獎學金額度依出國地區、訪問時間核給，由全球處及推薦單位共同補助（推薦單位須有35%配合款）。請同學知悉，各單位可推薦申請，但無補助義務。
Scholarship amounts are determined according to the destination and duration of the overseas visit and are jointly funded by OGA and the recommending organization (the recommending organization is required to provide 35% matching funds). Please note that each recommending organization may recommend applicants but is not obligated to provide financial support.

4.     請同學務必注意所屬系所截止時間。

Students are kindly reminded to pay close attention to the application deadline set by their department.
